Each Wednesday evening, the Doña Ana Arts Council offers a different art activity with the Get ArtRageous! classes, taught by experienced artists. In these make-and-take workshops, a skill is presented and participants each create at least one piece of art or jewelry to take home. All materials are included in the $30 registration fee, as are light refreshments. Get ArtRageous! classes are offered on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., with some classes also offered from 2 – 4 p.m. on the same day.
Classes are presented at the DAAC Arts & Cultural Center, 1740 Calle de Mercado in the Bulletin Plaza. To register for classes and to see other offerings such as the FEED YOUR MIND cultural seminar series, go to www.daarts.org or call (575) 523-6403.
