Thank you to everyone that came out to
the Downtown Open House.
Some highlights of the discussion were the things the City is doing to minimize disruption to business downtown, including breaking the project down into small pieces and maintaining at least one point of access to all businesses during the project. We received some feedback about the best ways to communicate and shared that we plan to proactively reach out to those affected on a regular basis throughout the project.
The Amador Project is being managed by GMB Development. This project is a Public-Private Partnership that has already begun.
The 2-way street conversion is scheduled to start in Spring 2017.
