April 24, 2020 Carlos Arreola

Due to the covid19 epidemic and the possibility of low water level in the Rio Grande the Kiwanis Club of Las Cruces is cancelling Raft the Rio for 2020.  We have also heard a rumor that Mark Twain is quarantined in Hannibal Missouri.  We will be back next year.
