Born and raised in France where he studied Culinary Arts in the city of Perpignan, Laurent brings over 20 years of international experience in cooking , pastries and chocolate work.He will demonstrate how to sharpen your skills with personal tips and expertise.chocolate cake Classes are taught hands on in our top of the line kitchen facilities

1.  CHEF 127 – Chocolate Work –  Tuesday 9.00am – 12.00pm Learn how to make truffles, bonbons, flowers, decorations items , tempering techniques, ect. All about chocolate!!! 

2.  CHEF 155 Special Topics – Sugar Work –  Wednesday 9.00am -12.00pmDessert cups

Learn how to make sugar candies, marshmallows , jellies , jams, confections, ect. All about sugar!!!

3.  CHEF 155 Special Topics – Showpieces Thursday 9.00am– 12.00pm

Learn how to make beautiful and artistic showpieces using chocolate and sugar , ideal for buffet presentation , catering, special events , ect..
